With over a decade of experience in Professional Employer Organization services, payroll providers, and full-service Human Capital Management platforms, Pamela Keller brings a wealth of experience to her role as Vice President of Payroll Operations. Before joining Congruity, Keller served as VP of Client Solutions for Vensure PEO and holds certifications as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
With more than two decades of implementation and benefits consulting experience with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) environment, Danita Torres is ideally suited to help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all Congruity HR’s clients. In this role, Torres provides project management, technical integration, and client communication services throughout the implementation process. Before joining Congruity, Torres was the Director of Client Success for Alight Benefits Guidance and held various leadership positions in Benefits, Implementation, and HR Client Services at Paychex/Oasis.
With deep experience as an attorney, investor, operator and board member, Bobby is ideally suited to drive Congruity HR’s long-term growth strategy.
Bobby began his career as a corporate attorney in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and securities offerings. He held investment roles in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs and Masters Special Situations, an affiliate of Masters Capital Management, focused on healthcare growth equity investments in North America. Bobby also held senior leadership roles at Arosa – a Bain Capital Double Impact portfolio company.
Paul Forlenza brings over 30 years of retirement plan experience to his role as Vice President of Retirement Plan Services. Over half that time has been spent on Multiple Employer Plans (MEP’s) both on the provider and plan sponsor side of the business. In this role, Forlenza oversees the administration of Congruity HR’s 401(k) plan, and manages all 401(k) vendor relationships. Prior to joining Congruity HR, Forlenza served as Manager of Pooled Employer Plan Benefits for Paychex and held various management and leadership roles at Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Oasis.
With deep domain expertise in financial management, operations, and executive leadership, Tavie Reagan oversees all financial and strategic growth operations for Congruity HR and day-to-day operations for cross-functional teams.
Before joining Congruity, Reagan served as Chief Integration Officer for Vensure Employer Services, which grew to become one of the largest PEOs in the country. While at Vensure, Reagan played an instrumental role in integrating teams, systems, and strategies during periods of inorganic growth. Prior to Vensure, Reagan held senior roles with various large employers across a diverse range of organizations, including Tesoro, Whataburger, and Valero Energy Corporation.
With a decade of revenue operations experience in Professional Employer Organizations and sales operations expertise spanning the retail and aviation industries, Courtney Edlund oversees all strategies related to client communication for Congruity HR, product development, marketing, business intelligence, underwriting coordination, pricing and contract management, and internal process optimization and communication. A Florida native and FSU alumna, Courtney’s previous employers include Paychex, Proponent, Office Depot, and Nordstrom.
As Senior Vice President of Compliance at Congruity HR, Kathy Lively leverages decades of senior regulatory compliance expertise. Specializing in the unique needs of Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) and their clients, Lively plays a crucial role in ensuring all Congruity clients are aware of and adhere to the latest federal, state, and local employment policies.
Prior to joining Congruity HR, Lively served as the Director of Compliance Risk for Paychex and as a Senior Director of Compliance and Integration at Oasis Outsourcing, as well as providing independent compliance consulting services
As a seasoned Human Resources executive and Human Capital strategist, Kim Marinucci offers a diverse skill set crucial for the ongoing growth of Congruity HR and its clients. With a blend of strategic business insight and hands-on execution experience, Marinucci ensures that Congruity’s clients can access the latest HCM tools, techniques, and resources needed to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Prior to joining Congruity, Marinucci—a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM–SCP) – also held various executive and leadership roles at Vensure Employer Services, Alpha Medical Consulting, CoAdvantage PEO providers, and Scripps Media.
A career-long insurance and risk management services professional, Michael Bowman has a proven track record in helping organizations of all sizes and across multiple industries to create safer, more positive, and more productive workplaces for his clients. In this role, Bowman is responsible for helping clients assess and mitigate risk, manage claims, adhere to all relevant workplace safety policies, and ensure workers are aware and informed of safety expectations.
Prior to joining Congruity, Bowman held various insurance and risk-related roles at The Hartford, Great American Insurance Group, and Movement Insurance. He also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA) designation.
For nearly two decades, Sheila Hyatt has been helping organizations to evaluate, select, and introduce a diverse range of employee benefits programs aimed at helping employers to attract and retain talent. Prior to her role at Congruity, Hyatt served as Director of Benefits for Kirby Employee Services and held multiple leadership roles at full-service HCM platform provider, isolved. She holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
After more than 25 years in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space, Mike brings deep domain expertise and a proven track record to his role as CEO of Congruity HR.
As co-founder and Chief Sales Officer for Oasis Outsourcing, Mike and his team quickly grew Oasis into the largest privately held PEO in the United States, ultimately serving 9,000 clients and 300,000 worksite employees across all 50 states. After Paychex acquired Oasis in 2018, Mike was an Advisory Partner in the Private Equity space and served on several boards until joining Congruity as its CEO.
